Allergies - 3 Steps To Relieve Symptoms And Liberate Yourself Forever

Oh, you gonna love this one.

I know how frustrating it could be to live with an allergy or even worst, see how your kid is suffering from it. This article will save you money and years of struggle and suffering. I'm gonna share with you 3 steps to understand and release allergy from your mind and body.

But first what the allergy really is?

At the time a dramatic event occurs, the brain records one or more bits of information about the setting of this drama (just as a navigator takes readings to calculate a position), so that a physical response can be active instantly in the event that similar information is felt in the future.

Any extreme stress experienced when, for example,"it is 7:00 a.m., it is morning, it may be raining, and the smell of grass is in the air" produces the following equation: 7:00 a.m., rain, grass = extreme stress. What your brain does is ensuring that in the presence of any one of these elements, it will trigger excessive stress and allergy reactions in your body. And it also will experience the same emotions that have been felt in the original situation.

In the allergy process thr most important part is an emotion felt during the dramatic event. In response to a stressful event (for example father is leaving mother), a child's brain memorizes something unique in conjuction with the stressful event: one child remembers the smell of coffee, another remembers the song that happened to be playing on the radio, a third recalls the pollen that was falling form the trees.

This is a way in which an external trigger can produce an emotional reaction. Things present when the emotion was initially felt become meaningful stimuli.

Why allergy reactions are so different?

When the same stimulus is present in the individual's environment, the allergy reactions are triggered - something we call a hot reparative phase - all of them appear in the impressive fashion (hives, malaise, coma, asthma, edema, and so on). The intensity of symptoms is proportional to the significance of the emotion felt during the dramatic event.

The Triggers

Some allergy reactions are triggered by elements from the initial setting, such as smell, the temperature, and so forth).

Others are trigered by temporal stimuli (individual and universal cycles, hours, seasons, the first week of June, an anniversary date).

All allergies are programmed reactions to excessive stress related to a dramatic event from the past. They are triggered later by different stimuli that bring these feelings of great stress "back to mind".

There's another thing you should be aware of - the difference in symptoms depends on emotional component of the dramatic event that triggered allergy. For example if symptoms affect skin it means that the emotional component of a dramatic event is Separation Conflict. Asthma and breathing problems are a Territorial Conflict.

So How Do We Heal Allergy In 3 Steps:

  1. First thing you have to do is find out what is your environmental stimuli: it could be a certain pollen, it could be some type of food, gluten, animal fur, anything. Once you know that, become aware of your symptoms and make the connection with a specific emotional reaction.
  2. Think about a situation that might be related to this issue. Think about specific situations from your past, the earliest you remember. What kind of emotions you might have felt? Once you made the connection:
  3. Use one of the emotional freedom techniques to release the emotional component related to this issue. It is sometimes challenging, but don't stop until you find an answer.

Smoking Cigarettes Is Not As Bad As You Thought It Is For Your Health

Today I might become one of your freinds or one of the worst enemies. It is the matter of who you are, what are your values, and whether or not smoking is something good for you, or something that you are affraid of, something that in your opinion is very bad for health.

So let me ask you a question: Have you ever been affraid of smoking, developing lung cancer and dying? I'm here today to tell you that you may stop worrying about your habit. Today I'm gonna explain to you the role of lungs and what it is that triggers lungs to develop cancer. And guys it is not smoking. Phew...what a relief!

So the other day I've been approached by a guy named Henry. He asked me if I could prepare a report about lung cancer and whether or not it is caused by smoking cigarettes. It turned out that he was sent by one of the tobacco companies. They wanted somebody to prove that lung cancer has nothing to do with smoking. At that time I didn't take an advantage of this offer and refused to do it, even though I can prove instantly that lung cancer has nothing to do with smoking. I wasn't sure of what they might be able to do with this knowledge.

Here's how it works:

The lungs are a pair of a cone-shaped organs that lie in the upper thoracic cavity of the chest. They are kind of seperated from each other, which allows each lung to function on it's own, at the time of injury to the other. They are extremely powerful organs.

Disorders of the lungs are created during the biological shock that we call Fear-Of-Death, Fear Of Losing Oneself. "Losing Oneself" in this case means losing one's territory or the ultimate territory which is - Life. This is a type of a conflict that goes very deep into biological reality of the body. Therefore it is much more difficult to persuade somebody to not fear death. On some ocassions the fear of death might be realted to a fear of suffocation.

Why is this happening?

The lungs make tumors because by doing that, they are creating more lung - that is more cells in order to breathe more. Breathe more means live more and live through a dangerous situation. This is how diseases works. They are biological survival strategies that help us adapt to changes in the environment.

The placement of a tumor in your lungs depends on the main theme of this Fear Of Death. If it's related to a fear about yourself it will appear as a several spots on your lungs. A fear that someone else will die is more likely to produce only one spot. Small fears can create a cough.

It has nothing to do with smoking. It could have if you're in a constant fear of dying because of your smoking habit. That type of thinking may trigger cancer to appear. But not smoking itself.

So if you're suffering because of your lungs, think about the situations in which you feared death or you were affraid of losing your territory. Became aware of this situation, embrace it. If you're stuck, contact me and we'll get you Meta Healthy.

Guys add your comments and get serious about creating a healthy life of your own.

See you soon!!!

Why You Should Consider Being Meta-Healthy?

What it means to Be Meta Healthy? What is really Meta Healthy?

I've been looking for the answers for a last couple of years. It was a time full of mistakes, struggling, health problems, but it was also fun, beautiful experience that shaped my life forever.Have you ever asked yourself „Why am I sick?”. Especially if you've been working out, had a balanced diet, eating healthy, had no real stress, etc. The question that suffering people always ask is Why?Why me? Why now? I am finally doing great and now it hits me. Why?

I've been asking the same question and it led me to a great discovery. I've been studying numerous therapies to address the role disease plays in humans, society, and the environment and the psycho-cerebro-physical effects that manifest in the human body. I've been everywhere I could to be able to find certain knowledge that would fix all of my problems. I found even more. It changed my life, life of my clients around the world, and believe it or not, it will change yours forever. Never again you will look at a disease in the same old way.

To be Meta Healthy means to understand the biology of your body, the strategies it uses every day to maintain life, survival programs which apppear in a disease form, and the emotional component which is the biggest reason behind biological shocks. Those biological shocks can create an ongoing physical or psychological problem.

But if you know the dynamics and you understand the way your body reacts towards environmental changes and sudden shocking situations, then you have the power to create meta health. In biology we say: What is not expressed, is imprinted. It simply means that if you are aware of your symptoms and you know the reason why you have it, and you express it, it can't be imprinted in your body anymore. It has no biological reality. There is no sense for your body to create this illness.

Even if you're already sick, knowing what it's all about, what is the survival program that your body created for you, what is the emotional component of the situation, will allow to let it go of this biological programming, let go of symptoms, and finally let go of a disease.

Whether you're sick, or you're a therapist, or someone who wants to help people with their health, this knowledge presented on this blog will create a massive opportunity for you to heal and help others to be healthy. Meta Healthy Life.

I like playing with a huge topics so my next article will be about smoking cigarettes and Why it's not as bad as you think it is to your health.
