Allergies - 3 Steps To Relieve Symptoms And Liberate Yourself Forever

Oh, you gonna love this one.

I know how frustrating it could be to live with an allergy or even worst, see how your kid is suffering from it. This article will save you money and years of struggle and suffering. I'm gonna share with you 3 steps to understand and release allergy from your mind and body.

But first what the allergy really is?

At the time a dramatic event occurs, the brain records one or more bits of information about the setting of this drama (just as a navigator takes readings to calculate a position), so that a physical response can be active instantly in the event that similar information is felt in the future.

Any extreme stress experienced when, for example,"it is 7:00 a.m., it is morning, it may be raining, and the smell of grass is in the air" produces the following equation: 7:00 a.m., rain, grass = extreme stress. What your brain does is ensuring that in the presence of any one of these elements, it will trigger excessive stress and allergy reactions in your body. And it also will experience the same emotions that have been felt in the original situation.

In the allergy process thr most important part is an emotion felt during the dramatic event. In response to a stressful event (for example father is leaving mother), a child's brain memorizes something unique in conjuction with the stressful event: one child remembers the smell of coffee, another remembers the song that happened to be playing on the radio, a third recalls the pollen that was falling form the trees.

This is a way in which an external trigger can produce an emotional reaction. Things present when the emotion was initially felt become meaningful stimuli.

Why allergy reactions are so different?

When the same stimulus is present in the individual's environment, the allergy reactions are triggered - something we call a hot reparative phase - all of them appear in the impressive fashion (hives, malaise, coma, asthma, edema, and so on). The intensity of symptoms is proportional to the significance of the emotion felt during the dramatic event.

The Triggers

Some allergy reactions are triggered by elements from the initial setting, such as smell, the temperature, and so forth).

Others are trigered by temporal stimuli (individual and universal cycles, hours, seasons, the first week of June, an anniversary date).

All allergies are programmed reactions to excessive stress related to a dramatic event from the past. They are triggered later by different stimuli that bring these feelings of great stress "back to mind".

There's another thing you should be aware of - the difference in symptoms depends on emotional component of the dramatic event that triggered allergy. For example if symptoms affect skin it means that the emotional component of a dramatic event is Separation Conflict. Asthma and breathing problems are a Territorial Conflict.

So How Do We Heal Allergy In 3 Steps:

  1. First thing you have to do is find out what is your environmental stimuli: it could be a certain pollen, it could be some type of food, gluten, animal fur, anything. Once you know that, become aware of your symptoms and make the connection with a specific emotional reaction.
  2. Think about a situation that might be related to this issue. Think about specific situations from your past, the earliest you remember. What kind of emotions you might have felt? Once you made the connection:
  3. Use one of the emotional freedom techniques to release the emotional component related to this issue. It is sometimes challenging, but don't stop until you find an answer.
